Our Story:

In 2015, our CEO, Lu An Carone-Rhodes, purchased a small business selling athletic clothing and accessories to women at expos and races. The early days of Running Princess were filled with expos and building a community of women, and in 2016, Lu An opened the first Running Princess retail store in Corvallis, Oregon.

Over the years, Running Princess has gone through many changes. Our product focus has shifted from race ready apparel to athleisure-wear. Our team has grown, life has taken drastic turns, and our customer base has changed. In an effort to better reflect who we are, what we stand for, and what we sell, we decided to rebrand as lux athleisure. 

At lux athleisure you will find clothing that is Fun. Fierce. Functional. Our clothing is fun, colorful and comfortable for sport and everyday wear. With a nod to our past and the culture we have built, fierce is for the athlete within us all, no matter the sport. And functional?  We’ve got it all:  running, yoga, hiking, biking, racquet sports, roller derby, and so much more!

Running Princess will be a subsection of our store and greater brand. Our Running Princess Exclusives like the best selling Tiara Visor and our beloved tees and tanks will still be available to purchase in store and online.
